Esri High Impact Award Winner

I am delighted to share the news that Alcis has received an Esri High Impact Award in recognition of the ‘innovation and excellence’ delivered by Alcis on current issues around the world over the last 12 months.

This impact has been achieved through our provision of high-quality data, products and services to a range of decision makers working in extremely fragile and challenging environments, which in turn supports them to make more effective, evidence based, data driven decisions. We do this by analysing satellite imagery, working with our expert network of partners on the ground who verify what we see from space and using Esri software to visualise and demonstrate what is going on. This knowledge and insight enables our clients to do what they do best – save lives and improve livelihoods.

With thousands of partners around the world, our Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software partner, ESRI, presented awards at their annual Global Partner Conference to 26 partners in 11 categories. To be only 1 of 2 partners recognised for making an impact on current issues around the world is a significant achievement and recognition of our work.

This follows the fantastic news we shared with you that Alcis won a place in the Geoawesomeness 2022 listing of the Global Top 100 #Geospatial Companies. This is another endorsement of the pioneering work we do to improve the lives of the world's most vulnerable people through innovative, world class Geographic Information Services.

At Alcis, we love what we do and we love receiving positive feedback from our clients. When our key partners and the wider geospatial industry agrees that we are pretty good at it, it makes it very special.
