After The Dust Settles

Imagery analysis of the Afghan MOAB strike location

There was intense media coverage of the US Military’s Massive Ordnance Air Blast (MOAB) strike in April 2017 in Nangarhar, Afghanistan.

Using high resolution satellite imagery captured 15 hours after the strike, we could begin to make assessments of the strike’s impact.
