Ahmed Shehata

Ahmed is the Solutions Architect at Alcis. He is a certified Geographical Information Systems (GIS) expert, with more than 7 years’ experience working in Geospatial solutions and systems architecture design.

Before joining Alcis, he held a senior position at Esri, the market leading GIS software company.

Ahmed’s main interests are AI and Machine Learning and he is currently studying for a PhD in Geospatial Deep Learning at The Data Science Institute of Lancaster University. Ahmed has a Master’s degree in Geographical Information Systems from the University of Aberdeen.
